Everything you wanted to know but I forgot to follow up on.

Roundup time!

-It’s entirely possible that the ChiDem post will make no sense to you because I was so vague. If so, umm… sorry? This is a time when I wrote something for myself and threw it onto the blog.

-I’ve implemented jump breaks to optimize scanning throughout archives. Does this better serve my target demographic?

-It turns out that the publisher of Eclipse Phase (the transhuman RPG company) is local, but the writers are based on the East Coast… and they severed ties with the publisher because of money mismanagement. So no, looks like I won’t be working on Uplifted animals anytime soon.
//If you want a transhumanism fix, though, check this out. I didn’t even know that (rat) brains could be kept alive for three months, let alone hooked into a robot. And if the green lights and soundtrack don’t terrify you, then you clearly aren’t watching it at 4:30 am.

-This is an interesting idea, although I could never do this with one of my characters, because I’m a horrifically jealous creator. I suppose that we’ve seen effectively open-source characters/people in books like Pride and Prejudice and Zombies or Shatnerquake, but the idea of making Jenny specifically available for webcomic crossovers is fascinating.

-If you didn't listen to ElePhant by Redstone Hall, clearly you don't peruse spinner.com or pay attention to my twitter. I recommend both, for your viewing pleasure.

-I judged Plants vs. Zombies a little prematurely — about half an hour of play after I posted about it, the game ramped up in difficulty. For the rest of the game (8 hours logged total), I had to perfect both my choice of plants and my execution. Shades of Zergling Rush, Batman!

-According to Dictionary.com, the plural of octopus is both octopuses and octopi. Never say I didn’t teach you anything.
